They never disappoint at Park Lane BMW. Great customer service and great staff. Could not fault anything. This is why I choose BMW Park Lane over the other BMW dealerships. Completely hassle free experience. Very pleased indeed.

The service etc was all good. The communication before was less than fine. 4 phone calls regarding the same part number etc and continually told it was incorrect before finally accepting it was correct. I actually phoned BMW Sybter Nottingham

I'm less than satisfied - still waiting on my vehicle inspection results. I have called twice and was assured that someone will call me back and no one ever did. It's been almost 2 weeks and the level of customer service received is appalling!

This was not Park Royal per se. It was BMW Park Lane who organised the pick up and drop off. Park Royal - for me - is a long way from home. It is a shame that Battersea was closed, which was much closer.

After the closure of the Battersea Service Centre I had to take the car to Park Royal which is extremely inconvenient. It takes 4 hours out of my day. There was also a too long lead time for the car to be booked in for the service.

Had a mixed encounter with two different contacts on site. A single point of contact should be the only point of contact when customers have a car in for whatever work.
