I'm less than satisfied - still waiting on my vehicle inspection results. I have called twice and was assured that someone will call me back and no one ever did. It's been almost 2 weeks and the level of customer service received is appalling!

This was not Park Royal per se. It was BMW Park Lane who organised the pick up and drop off. Park Royal - for me - is a long way from home. It is a shame that Battersea was closed, which was much closer.

I don't live close to the service centre, but Oskar was extremely helpful in thinking up drop-off and collection options for me. He also provided continuous and regular updates regarding the progress of the work undertaken.

The customer service was second to none - the same as last time. My customer service manager - Arjun - is super good and helpful. The price was reasonable. Getting the car back washed is the cherry on the cake.

After the closure of the Battersea Service Centre I had to take the car to Park Royal which is extremely inconvenient. It takes 4 hours out of my day. There was also a too long lead time for the car to be booked in for the service.

Service good except: the wait to drop off the car (for new tyres only) and to collect. My wife collected but I had to pay remotely via text link; over-complicated. Comms during day not great. Told at 1630 to collect by 1730; need more notice.
