I am satisfied with my service experience and my advisor keeps me updated, although it is taking time to diagnose what really the real issues with my car, I know they are doing the best.

Car in for 2 year vehicle check from new. When returned there was a message on the car and in the app indicating problem with tire pressures which were all too low. Makes me worried how thorough the vehicle check was?

Upon receiving the car back, I noticed that the rear wiper had not been replaced. I spoke to Ken over the phone, and he said he would follow this up, but it has now been a week with no response.

Access in and out of Cumberland Road was a huge pain and the BMW centre seemed overwhelmed and was slow to repair my mirror possibly due to backlogs.

They never disappoint at Park Lane BMW. Great customer service and great staff. Could not fault anything. This is why I choose BMW Park Lane over the other BMW dealerships. Completely hassle free experience. Very pleased indeed.

The service etc was all good. The communication before was less than fine. 4 phone calls regarding the same part number etc and continually told it was incorrect before finally accepting it was correct. I actually phoned BMW Sybter Nottingham

This was not Park Royal per se. It was BMW Park Lane who organised the pick up and drop off. Park Royal - for me - is a long way from home. It is a shame that Battersea was closed, which was much closer.

The customer service was second to none - the same as last time. My customer service manager - Arjun - is super good and helpful. The price was reasonable. Getting the car back washed is the cherry on the cake.
