I highlighted a fault with the cars boot. This was then recognised by staff as a fault however no effort was made to address it. I was merely told to rebook the car again in the future for further investigation.

1) the Issue I brought in the car for was not resolved 2) despite me bringing in the car at 7:30am, it was not looked at until the afternoon of the following day. Despite the fact that the appointment had been booked ~1 month before

I've explained in the question above - given I'd asked for my car to be returned the same day (unless issues arose in the MOT), to find that absolutely nothing had been done between the vehicle collection that morning & 3.45pm is extremely annoying

Booked a pit stop for 9am. Wasn't ready until 3pm and was nearly late for my meetings and car wasn't washed

Well I am saying 5* simply because of the really efficient service offered by Linda Hegarty. She was not only really efficient but a delight to deal with. You are very lucky to have someone like that working for you.

Linda Hegarty was really helpful and a credit to your company. A new driver who delivered my car back however needs training - brought car back really dirty on drivers side; parked on pay & display instead of Permit & was quite petulant.

Car in for 2 year vehicle check from new. When returned there was a message on the car and in the app indicating problem with tire pressures which were all too low. Makes me worried how thorough the vehicle check was?

The service etc was all good. The communication before was less than fine. 4 phone calls regarding the same part number etc and continually told it was incorrect before finally accepting it was correct. I actually phoned BMW Sybter Nottingham
