As stated, Oskar Eiduks provided outstanding support. The overall service and repair was good too. Hopefully, the radar wont be stolen again (but BMW should take note and change the design to make this harder to be stolen)

The staff and overall interaction were excellent, except the interior leather was damaged when replacing the passenger window trim. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late.

Generally very good, but I discovered by chance, after scrutinizing my MOT certificate, that my two front tyres had some minor damage and I was recommended to change them. I feel I should have been alerted to this when I collected the car.

Absolutely brilliant. My local dealer told me there was nothing wrong with my car yet Park Royal took a look and found plenty wrong, all fixed under the AUC warranty. Shame all dealers are not as good as these guys. Kept me informed all the way.

The car complete the everything is good time, kept me updated throughout. The always go above and as well to ensure if I can't have my car there are arrangements to ensure I'm not left without transport. They really go above for the customer

Even tho i was not able to be given a full explanation of my faulty HUD or reason to why it needed to be replaced, the staff done their best to explain my options and why and how this was replaced

Almost everyone was excellent, had issues with loan car as initially booked for automatic and on the day I was offered manual but with great leadership of Ken it was resolved less than an hour. That's called excellent service and decision making .

I booked an AC service on the app when I checked my car in for its MOT. For some reason it was not done. The person who returned my key explained that the app did mot communicate this information to them.
